PHARMACY TECHNICIAN - SCHEDULE II DEPARTMENT
Position is located in Portland, OR

PayLess Long Term Care Pharmacy is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated individual to join our team of healthcare professionals who are committed to excellence.

We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician in our Control Medications department.  Applicants must possess an active Oregon Pharmacy Technician license in good standing and National Certification (PTCB or ExCPhT certificate).  The position would require technicians to possess excellent communication and computer skills. Primary Responsibilities will be to work in our Schedule II department.  This position requires knowledge of prescription input, knowledge of Scheduled drugs and therapeutic classes, good math skills, ability to work independently as well as with a team, understand and assess workflow and work with detailed paperwork, a sense of urgency, accuracy and dedication to do a good job for our customers.  Additionally, the successful candidate will have the ability to communicate with facilities, doctor’s offices, hospital personnel, various in-house departments and co-workers. 

Opportunities exist to be cross-trained in other departments.  On occasion overtime may be required. Long Term Care pharmacy experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.  We offer paid vacation, sick leave and have a comprehensive medical/dental and vision plan as well as a 401(k) program.  This is a full time position,

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN - PACKAGING DEPARTMENT
Position is located in Portland, OR

PayLess Drug Long Term Care Pharmacy is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team of healthcare

We are looking for Pharmacy Technicians in our Packaging department at our Portland pharmacy.  Applicants must possess an active Oregon Pharmacy Technician license in good standing and national certification is preferred.  Primary responsibilities would be to package medications according to prescription labels, have ability to multi-task, must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and a working knowledge of computers.  Other duties would include cross-training in other departments as needed. This position requires excellent math skills, good attendance, the ability to work independently as well as with a team, and to work with urgency, accuracy and dedication to do a good job for our customers. 

On occasion overtime may be required. Long Term Care pharmacy experience is preferred. PHARMACY TECHNICIAN - SPECIAL SERVICES
Position is located in Portland, OR

Our pharmacy is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated individual to join our team of healthcare professionals who are committed to excellence.

We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician in our Portland, Oregon pharmacy to staff our Special Services department. The Special Services team works with our mental health population and directly with clinics and caregivers. The successful applicant will have a compassionate and helpful attitude to ensure our clients have the best of care. Applicant must possess an active Oregon Pharmacy Technician license in good standing and national certification (either PTCB or ExCPhT). The position would require experience in data entry, insurance billing, customer service, and excellent computer skills. Excellent verbal and communication skills needed. Ambulatory clinic, long term care pharmacy, and mental health experience would be optimal. Other tasks would be to pull and package drugs, print prescription labels, and assist clients at window. This position requires excellent math skills, ability to work independently as well as with a team, and work with urgency, accuracy and dedication to do a good job for our customers.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The position would be Monday through Friday, 10am-7pm. This pharmacy is an Equal Opportunity employer.
